6) Before you enter into a partnership, check customer support. Real estate agents are busy individuals, but they should always be able to provide good service for you. Your phone calls should be answered, your issues should be handled, and when you need to, you should be able to reach your real estate agent. If an assistant is used by your agent, you need to ensure that it is the real estate agent himself who will perform all contract work as well as the closing. That’s what the real estate agent is paying you for. Keep away from agents that appear to be overwhelmed, disorganised, and unable to directly communicate with you.
